Genus: Procladius Skuse, 1889

Amended diagnosis. The following addition is provided to the generic diagnosis of Procladius (Psilotanypus) adult males: eyes with dorsomedial extension well developed or reduced; thorax with scutal tubercle present or absent; superior volsella ovoid or elongated.
