[Author’s Note: Based on the published description, there were originally 38 cotypes (“males 18, females, 20”) plus the “ Type: - male and female” collected by Hull. According to Ms Lisa Bartels (CNC), there are “ 34 syntypes ” housed in the Hull collection; there is an additional paratype (with paratype label) in the SAMA collection (see above). Additionally, there is one paratype (with paratype label) in the Western Australian Museum collection according to T. Houston (pers. comm.). There are no specimens in the USNM, ( Chris Thompson, pers. comm.) despite the fact that Hull clearly stated that “ Cotypes will be deposited in the United States National Museum.”]
