[Author’s Note: According to Ms Lisa Bartels (CNC), there are 29 syntypes housed in the Hull collection; Hull stated at the end of the published description that there were 16 male and 13 female cotypes, in addition to the holotype and allotype, suggesting the subsequent destruction of two specimens. There are no specimens in the USNM, ( Chris Thompson, pers. comm.) despite the fact that Hull clearly stated that “ Cotypes will be deposited in the United States National Museum.”]
