Distribution. Nearctic, recorded from A/S (Klimaszewski et al. 2021). Canada: AB, BC, LB, NB, NS, ON, QC, SK, YT. USA: NH (NSR), WI.

Collection and Habitat data. In NH found in leaf litter on a spring edge, and taken by a FIT in a boreal forest. Collected from July to September. In Canada recorded from maple forests, hardwood-dominated stands, old-growth and 50-year-old balsam fir forests, and in clearcuts and uncut stands. Adults in moss and litter near a pond, leaf litter, in Sphagnum, in saturated moss on margin of small, at shaded brook, and in mushrooms (Webster et al. 2012, Klimaszewski et al. 2021).
