Distribution. Nearctic, recorded from A/S (Klimaszewski et al. 2021). Canada: AB, BC, LB, NB, NF, NS, NT, ON, QC, SK, YT. USA: AK, NH.

Collection and Habitat data. In NH found in the alpine area of the Presidential Range in birch litter, spruce litter, spruce/willow litter, dwarf Betula litter, birch/fir litter, and Vaccinium, dwarf Betula, leatherleaf litter near lake. Adults found from June to September. In AK captured in gravel bars, mature forest, forest edge with Populus tremuloides and P. balsamifera . and in meadow and heath shrublands. In Canada taken in coniferous and deciduous old-growth and 2 nd growth forests and their associated leaf litters; occurring in subalpine and alpine habitats (Klimaszewski et al. 2006, 2021).
