Distribution. Nearctic, recorded from A/S (Klimaszewski et al. 2021). Canada: MB, NB, NT, ON, QC, SK, YT. USA: AK, IN, NH (NSR).
Collection and Habitat data. A male in NH was captured in May; collection technique unknown. In Canada found in riparian habitats: along margin of Carex marshes and fens, in Sphagnum hummocks on margin of tamarack ( Larix laricina (Du Roi) K. Koch) bogs, red maple swamps in moist leaves near vernal pools and leaves at base of trees, wet alder swamps in leaf litter and grass on hummocks, in moss and litter at tree bases of eastern white cedar ( Thuja occidentalis) in fens with shrubby cinquefoil ( Pentaphylloides floribunda (Pursh) A. L̂ve), and in flood debris along a river margin (Klimaszewski et al. 2009, 2021).
