Collection and Habitat data. In NH captured near river with a pitfall trap in a slough, collected by a FIT on the margin of a freshwater marsh, and taken from a floating Sphagnum mat in a kettle bog. Collected from September to November, with one record of a female from April. In Canada found in moist leaf litter and moss under alders on margins of vernal ponds, brooks, and small streams, and in Carex marshes. These collections were in old-growth eastern white cedar swamps, silver maple swamps, alder swamps, and mixed forests (Webster et al. 2009).
