Distribution. Nearctic, transcontinental in Canada, recorded from A/S (Klimaszewski et al. 2021). Canada: AB, BC, LB, MB, NB, NF, NS, ON, QC, SK, YT. USA: AK, NH (NSR), NY.

Collection and Habitat data. In NH captured in Fagus litter beside logs, alder and grass litter, litter by stream, and in a mass of mushrooms on a large stump. In AK found in a Betula and Populus tremuloides forest, and in mushrooms. In Canada found in various forest types, usually in mushrooms. Most individuals were in gilled mushrooms and fleshy fungi in various stages of decay; also, in leaf litter and moss, and in a Carex marsh (Klimaszewski et al. 2021).
