Type locality: Japan, the other two are labelled Cherra and Sikkim respectively .

Type depository: BMNH (Syntypes three, two from Japan and one from Sikkim)

Distribution: India: Sikkim; Korea, Japan, China

Host Plant: Amaranthaceae: Gomphrena globasa L., Chenopodium album L., Rosaceae: Rhubus parvifolius L. var. triphyllus N., Lamiaceae: Perilla frutescens B. var. acuta K., Menispermaceae: Menispermum dahuricum Dc. (Byun et al. 1996) .
