Distribution in South America: polyp—Atlantic Ocean, Brazil, from 27°S to 27.30°S, Argentina, at 46.42°S 67.52°W (Shimabukuro 2007; Cunha et al. 2015).

Habitat: polyp—on mussels (Shimabukuro 2007).
