26. Adapantus transmarinus (Krauss, 1890)

A. transmarinus was described from Ilhéu das Rolas, a small island in São Tomé and Príncipe. Beier (1962) lists it also from both São Tomé and Príncipe islands. The type specimens of this species appear to be lost.
