Type species Ichneumon (Platylabus) rufus Wesmael, 1845, by subsequent designation by Ashmead (1900a: 19).

Comments. Porter (1998) mentions 25–30 undescribed species occurring from Región de Arica y Parinacota to Región de Magallanes y de la Antártica Chilena.
