Apetasimus subalatus (Scott) comb. nov.

Diagnosis
Similar to A. sordidus, strongly transverse, elytra orange-red to dark brick red with lateral dark brown stripe. Male with pygidium wide, subtruncate to shallowly emarginate, anal sclerite with lateral apical margin more distinctly concave than A. sordidus, apex acuminate (Fig. 7 F), slightly broader at base than apex of pygidium. Wings reduced, slightly shorter than elytron, broadly truncate at apex. Length 4.9–6.7mm, Width 2.1–2.9mm.
