Distribution. China (Hunan, Guangxi, Sichuan and Hainan), Mediterranean to Egypt, India, Central Asia, Japan, Poland, Canada, USA.

Comments. The holotype male of E. angkora was examined and it was found to be consistent with the somatic and genitalic morphology of T. melanostictum . Therefore, we consider E. angkora syn. nov. to be a junior synonym of T. melanostictum .
