Description and diagnosis. See Barrion et al. (2013) for the original description of the female, whose habitus and epigyne are depicted here in Figs 10 and 9, respectively. This species is similar to Myrmarachne liui Wang & Li, 2021, but can be distinguished from it by the epigynal hoods that are fused (vs. separated by half their minimum width in M. liui) and the chelicerae with four promarginal and eight retromarginal teeth (vs. seven promarginal and nine retromarginal teeth) (see Wang & Li 2021).
