14. Notylia boliviensis Schlechter (1922: 53) .

Type:— BOLIVIA. Santa Cruz: Río Branco, August 1907, T. Herzog 235 (B destroyed). Neotype (designated by Oliveira et al. in press): — BRAZIL. Pará: Oriximiná, Porto Trombetas, Floresta Nacional de Saracá-Taquera, Platô Teófilo, 01°43’47.97”S; 56°37’52.04”W, 15 September 2022, J.B.F. da Silva 5518 (HUAM 12536!).

Notes: — Schlechter (1922) described N. boliviensis without designating the holotype nor informing the herbarium where it was deposited. It is likely that the type specimen was destroyed at B during the bombings of World War II (Butzin 1978, 1980). Oliveira et al. (in press) designated a neotype and elucidate the taxonomic identity of the species and its relationships to the complex Notylia platyglossa Schltr.
