Distribution. Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay (Alto Paraná: Ciudad del Este; Itapúa: Hohenau; San Pedro: Santa Rosa del Aguaray), Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela.

Comments. In James (1971), he states on page 69, in the last line before the references, “Hohenan alta” as the locality in Paraguay, which should be read as Hohenau, department of Itapúa.
