Distribution in Iran. Markazi (Hoberlandt 1997), Iran (no locality cited) (Rider 2006).

General distribution. Mediterranean basin except Balkanic Region and European Turkey, extending to Near East and Central Asia (Iran).

Biology. In France, collected in sandy and salty biotopes, on Amaranthaceae (Dusoulier & Lupoli 2006) .
