Remarks.

Five drawings showing the variation of this taxon are provided by Ahl (1931b: 302, fig. 176). Two paratypes, MCZ A-17644-17645 from “Uhehe”, coll. Goetze were sent in exchange to MCZ in 1932 (Barbour and Loveridge 1946: 128). Ahl (1931a: 45) mentioned 114 specimens of which we could not locate the material collected at “Iringa”, “Kivu-See”, “Kissenji” and “Kinga-Gebirge” .
