Nalassus laevicoctostriatus (Goeze, 1777)
This species was erroneously recorded for Anatolia by many authors including Nabozhenko (2020) after the work of Kaszab (1968), who recorded it for the former Yugoslavia in the paper on Turkish fauna. Kaszab put the name in brackets suggesting that the species can be potentially found in Turkey. The eastern border of the range of N. laevioctostriatus is the territory of Poland (Iwan et al. 2012). As a result, this species must be excluded from the Turkish fauna.
