Alarcta quadrimacula Torres 1958d: 26 (type material examined).

Type locality. El Sosneado, Mendoza Province, Argentina.

Remarks. The species is known from the type series collected in La Pampa and Mendoza Provinces (Torres 1958d). We collected specimens in Mendoza Province. The species is associated with the Monte floristic province (Sanborn et al. 2011a).
