Ahomana neotropicalis Distant 1905e: 24 (type material examined).

Type locality. Callao, Peru.

Remarks. The type locality has recently been fixed as Callao, Peru (Sanborn 2014). The species is recorded from Argentina, Paraguay, and Peru (Metcalf 1963c; Sanborn 2011a) but the records from Paraguay need to be confirmed (Sanborn 2014).
