Dryinus praeclarus Olmi 1984: 814 .
Description of Female. Fully winged; length 4.7–7.0 mm. Completely testaceous, except petiole black. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 10:5:45:30:26:15:11:10:8:10. Head flat, shiny, weakly granulated; temple unsculptured; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind ocellar triangle and shortly on sides; POL = 2; OL = 4.5; OOL = 8.5; OPL = 2.5; temple prominent. Pronotum flat, shiny, with a weak posterior transverse impression; posterior collar very short; pronotum unsculptured, except some longitudinal keels on lateral regions and some short keels on posterior transverse impression; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum dull, granulated and with some little distinct areolae. Notauli hardly distinct, incomplete, shortly present near anterior margin of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, or weakly alutaceous. Propodeum (Plate 81D) reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels; dorsal surface more than twice as long as posterior surface (27:10). Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part (26:9). Profemur with stalk approximately as long as club (Plate 81E); protibia very slender and slightly curved (Plate 81E) Protarsal segments in following proportions: 32:3.5:5:20:26. Enlarged claw not spatulate (Plate 81F) with one strong subdistal tooth and one row of 12 lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 81F) with two rows of about 21 lamellae; distal apex with about seven lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
