Description of Male. Fully winged; length 3.9–4.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except basal half of segment 1 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except basal half of metacoxa black. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 14:8:14:16:16:15:15:13:12:17. Head shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line absent (complete in specimen from China, Lvchun); POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 11; OPL = 7.5; TL = 8; occipital carina complete. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.5 length of scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface dull, reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein slightly shorter than proximal part (11:13); marginal cell open. Paramere (Plate 35B) without distal inner process, with inner side sculptured by papillae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
