Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; clypeus anteriorly brown-testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 9:6:4.5:4:4:4.5:4:4:4:6.5. Head convex, dull, almost hairless, granulated; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 4; OOL = 4; OPL = 7; TL = 6.5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (2:7). Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, shiny, hairy, sculptured by many keels, unsculptured among keels; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum and scutellum dull, granulated. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli much longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (9:2). Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Mesopleura dull, granulated. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface dull, rugose, with few very large areolae (internal surface of areolae rugose); posterior surface of propodeum shiny, with two complete longitudinal keels and median and lateral areas granulated and transversely striate. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; stigmal vein slightly curved; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (2.5:11); marginal cell open. Petiole long, much shorter than metasoma (13:36). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 13:2.5:2 (excluding hook):9.5:12. Protarsal segment 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Plate 65A) without teeth, with one medial bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 65A) with medial inner band, one preapical lamella and two bristles. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
