Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.2–3.2 mm. Head brown-reddish or reddish; antenna yellow, except segments 9–10 or only 10 brown; mesosoma, metasoma and legs brown-reddish (occasionally reddish). Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 14:6:8:8:7.5:7:7:7:6:8. Head shiny, smooth, finely punctate, occasionally with transverse keels on face; occipital carina complete; OL not much longer than POL; mandible quadridentate, with one rudimentary tooth between two posterior teeth. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures (in specimen from Brunei, 04°34'N 115°07'E, scutum with anterior half of median region rugose). Notauli complete, posteriorly separated. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with two lateral pointed apophyses; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands (in specimen from Brunei, 04°34'N 115°07'E, fore wing with one only dark transverse band located beneath pterostigma); stigmal vein strongly curved (Plate 66C); pterostigma short and narrow. Protarsal segments 1–4 in following proportions: 13:3:3:11. Enlarged claw (Plate 66E) with one tooth and one bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 66E) with one preapical lamella, two bristles and one distinct proximal prominence. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
Description of male (Plate 67A, B): fully winged; length 2.6–3.0 mm. Head black, except mandible and occasionally also clypeus testaceous; occasionally head brown, or reddish-dark; antenna yellow, except segments 6–10 brown (in specimen from Brunei, 04°34'N 115°07'E, antenna totally testaceous); mesosoma and petiole black, or brown, or brown-reddish (in specimen from Brunei, 04°34'N 115°07'E, petiole yellow, except ventral side brown); metasoma brown or brown-testaceous; legs testaceous, except coxae blackish. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 17:10:15:14:13:12:11:11:10:15. Head hairy, dull, completely reticulate rugose, occasionally partly granulated; occipital carina complete; ocellar triangle equilateral; OOL = OPL; mandible quadridentate, with one rudimentary tooth between two posterior teeth. Scutum hairy, dull, completely reticulate rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than POL (7:6). Scutellum and metanotum hairy, dull, finely punctate. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with two lateral pointed apophyses (as in female); posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; stigmal vein strongly curved; pterostigma short, narrow, lanceolate, hyaline. Petiole very long, approximately 0.25 as long as metasoma. Genitalia in plate 67C. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
