Description of Female. Fully winged; length 4.9–6.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous, except segments 7–10 and dorsal side of segments 1–2 brown (in paratype from China, Mt. Baiyunshan, antenna testaceous, except segments 7–10 brown); mesosoma black; metasoma brown; foreleg testaceous, except club of femur partly brown; mid- and hindlegs brown, except articulations testaceous (in paratype from China, Mt. Baiyunshan, legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly brown). Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 21:11:20:15:16:16:15:16:15:20. Head shiny; vertex and face partly reticulate rugose and strongly impressed by large punctures similar to areolae, except smooth area more or less large located in front of anterior ocellus and two smooth areas on sides of posterior ocelli; face with two lateral longitudinal keels around orbits directed towards antennal toruli; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 8; OL = 5; OOL = 9; OPL = 10; TL = 8; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OL (4:5). Pronotum shiny, with anterior surface sculptured by strong transverse keels and posterior surface smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, shorter than scutum (13:30); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65 length of scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, lateral areas reticulate rugose and median area rugose and with a central smooth surface. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (5:21). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 17:3:5:9:24. Protarsal segments 3 and 4 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Plate 33F) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 33F) with basal part much longer than distal part (16:8), with inner margin straight, with two proximal lamellae and about 25–40 lamellae located in distal part (in paratype from China, Mt. Baiyunshan, segment 5 with two proximal lamellae, three medial lamellae and many distal lamellae). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
