Replacement name for Tetramorium intermedium Hita Garcia et al., 2010: 48, junior secondary homonym of Rhoptromyrmex rothneyi var. intermedia Forel, 1913 b: 80 (current combination Tetramorium rothneyi intermedium), junior synonym of Tetramorium wroughtonii (Forel, 1902 a: 231) .
