Mesiotelus kravetsi Fomichev, Zamani & Marusik, sp. nov.

Type material. Holotype ♂ (ISEA), RUSSIA: Dagestan Republic: 3 km WNW of Gunib Vil., 42°24'10.4"N, 46°55'17.4"E, stone fences, 1700 m, 6.V.2021 (leg. A.A. Fomichev & Y.V. Dyachkov).

Etymology. This species is named in honor of Oleg V. Kravets (Makhachkala, Russia), who was the guide and driver for A.A.F. during his expedition in Dagestan.

Diagnosis. The male palp of the new species differs from those of the congeners by having a tibial apophysis wider than long (vs. longer than wide), protruding distal-ventral part of tibia (Tp) (vs. lacking), and extended basoretrolateral part of cymbium (vs. absent).

Description. Male (holotype). Habitus as in Fig. 9. Total length 5.1. Carapace 2.4 long, 2.05 wide. Eye sizes: AME 0.11, ALE 0.14, PME 0.11, PLE 0.11. Carapace light brown. Chelicerae and labium brown. Maxillae light brown. Sternum pale yellow. Legs pale yellow. Abdomen and spinnerets yellowish grey. Ventral paired tibial spines: I, II: 2p, III, IV: 3p. Measurements of legs: I: 10.33 (2.35, 1.35, 2.63, 2.75, 1.25), II: 8.74 (2.38, 1.18, 2.2, 1.9, 1.08), III: 7.84 (2.1, 0.93, 1.78, 2.03, 1.0), IV: 11.13 (2.88, 1.1, 2.7, 3.2, 1.25).

Palp as in Figs 25‒34; tibia 2.5 times longer than wide; tibial apophysis short, shorter than diameter of tibia, almost as long as wide, with 3 pointed parts; cymbium 1.4 times longer than tibia, 2 times longer than wide, tip pointed, tip with 1 prolateral spine; bulb oval, almost 2 times longer than wide; subtegulum (St) massive; tegulum with almost mesally located tegular apophysis (Ta) with hooked tip and 2 processes: anterior (Ap) and prolateral (Pp); prolateral one spine-like; anterior process broad, with 2 elongate arms; conductor (Co) with long cylindrical stalk and flat suboval tip; embolus large with straight kind of tailpiece (Et), tip of embolus bifurcate.

Female. Unknown.

Distribution. Known only from the type locality in Dagestan, southern Russia (Fig. 75).
