Mesiotelus alanyensis Zamani, Fomichev, Kaya & Marusik, sp. nov.

Type material. Holotype ♀ (ZMUT), TÜRKIYE: Antalya Prov.: Alanya Dist., 36°40'31.3"N, 32°10'59.9"E, 1290 m, 9.VI.2009 (leg. Y.M. Marusik) . Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the type locality of the new species.
Diagnosis. The epigyne of the new species is similar to that of M. tenuissimus (L. Koch, 1866) by having a long fovea and a small anterior hood (Ah). However, it can be distinguished by the following characteristics: the fovea is as long as it is wide (vs. wider than long), the anterior hood is wider than it is long (vs. as long as wide), and the posterior margin of the fovea has inclined, triangular extensions (Tr) (vs. roundly bent and transversal) (cf. Fig. 40 and Bosmans 2023: fig. 10D).
Description. Female (holotype). Habitus as in Fig. 3. Total length 4.12. Carapace 1.61 long, 1.37 wide. Eye sizes: AME: 0.09, ALE: 0.10, PME: 0.10, PLE: 0.11. Carapace, chelicerae, maxillae, labium and sternum light yellowish-brown. Legs slightly lighter than carapace, without annulations. Abdomen light beige, without any patterns. Spinnerets uniformly light beige. Paired ventral tibial spines: I, II: 2p; III, IV: 3p. Measurements of legs: I: 6.30 (1.72, 0.94, 1.61, 1.22, 0.81), II: 5.66 (1.57, 0.85, 1.39, 1.13, 0.72), III: 5.24 (1.43, 0.70, 1.14, 1.27, 0.70), IV: 7.80 (2.03, 0.84, 1.94, 2.10, 0.89).
Epigyne as in Figs 40–42; ca. 1.2 times longer than wide; fovea slightly longer than wide, with transversal ridges in anterior half; anterior hood (Ah) wider than long, ca. ¼ of fovea’s width; posterior margins inclining, with triangular extensions (Tr); copulatory ducts (Cd) short, as long as receptacles, roundly bent and forming x-shaped figure, not contiguous; receptacles (Re) spaced by less than their width.
Male. Unknown.

Distribution. Known only from the listed localities in Antalya and Mersin provinces, southwestern Türkiye (Fig. 75).
