Diplolepis mayri (Schlechtendal, 1876) (*)

Host plants/gall: Rosa spp. ( R. arvensis Huds., R. canina L., R. dumetorum Thuill., R. tomentosa Sm.)—aggregated globular galls on different organs of the plant (leaves, flowers, fruits).

Distribution in Dobrogea: Cotu Vӑii grove, Hagieni forest Natural Reserve, Negru Vodӑ, Neptun (Comorova forest), CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
