Host plants/gall: Q. dal., Q. fr., Q. ped ., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r., Q. cer . (?)—globular gall (± 2 cm Ø) on underside of leaves (- a -); ovoidal-cylindrical galls (2–3 mm long) in dormant buds of trunk or on young shoots (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: vicinity of CocoŞ Monastery, Isaccea, Malcoci, Niculiţel, Tulcea (Borcea, 1912), forests— Caraorman and Letea in Danube Delta (Mustaţӑ & Andriescu, 1994) TL county; Valu lui Traian (Ionescu, 1957), the forests—Dumbrӑveni, Negru Vodӑ (Şchiopu, 1980), Amzacea forestry band, forests—Esechioi, Ion Corvin, Neptun (Comorova forest and ‚the grey oaks’ Natural Reserve) CT county, Babadag forest, Mӑcin Mountains, TL county (author, a new record).
