Host plants/gall: Q. cer . (both generations)—globular grouped galls (10 to 35 galls) like a ring around the branches (- a -); solitary spherical galls (± 6 mm Ø) protruding on both side of leaves (- s -).
Distribution in Dobrogea: Canaraua Fetii Natural Reserve, forests—Esechioi, Negru Vodӑ, Şipotele, Neptun (Comorova forest), CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
