Host plants/gall: Q. dal., Q. fr., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q.r., Q. cer .—galls (2 × 4 mm) on the underside of leaves, fixed on main veins (- a -); ovoidal gall (1.5 × 3 mm) in lateral/terminal buds of old twigs (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: CocoŞ Monastery, Tulcea city, Isaccea TL county, Murfatlar CT county (Borcea, 1912), Valu lui Traian (Ionescu, 1957), Amzacea forestry band, the forests Esechioi, Negru Vodӑ, Hagieni Natural Reserve and Neptun (Comorova forest) CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
