Host plants/gall: Q. dal., Q. pet ., Q.pub ., Q. r.—gregarious galls (4–6 mm Ø) on leaf (- a -); gall on leaf margin or adventitious buds (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: forests—Esechioi, Negru Vodӑ, Neptun (Comorova forest), CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
