Host plants/gall: Q. dal., Q. fr., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r.—gregarious globular galls (± 10 mm Ø) on the underside of leaves (- a -); ovoidal galls (3–5 mm length) in dormant buds of the trunk or youngs branch (- s -).
Distribution in Dobrogea: Curcuz-Nufӑru, Malcoci (Borcea, in Ionescu, 1957), Babadag (Ionescu & Kierych, 1966), forests—Caraorman and Letea into Danube Delta (Mustaţӑ & Andriescu, 1994), TL county, Murfatlar (Borcea, in Ionescu, 1957), Dumbrӑveni forest (Şchiopu, 1980), the forests—Cheia, Esechioi, Hagieni Natural Reserve, Şipotele, Neptun (Comorova forest), CT county (author, a new record).
