Host plants/gall: Q. cer .—unilocular cryptic galls (1–1.5 mm Ø) grouped, forming an elongated swelling (1–4 cm long) in the tissue of young branches (- a -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: Dobrogea Province (Ionescu, 1973), the forests—Canaraua Fetii Natural Reserve, Esechioi, Negru Vodӑ, Neptun (seaside resort and Comorova forest) CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
