Host plants/gall: Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r., Q. cer .(?) (both generations)—galls (6–10 mm long, 4 mm breadth) in bark of old branches or trunk (- a -); ovoidal gall (1–2 mm Ø), solitary or grouped in buds or leaf axils (- s -).
Distribution in Dobrogea: Dobrogea province (Ionescu, 1973); Negru Vodӑ forest, Neptun (Comorova forest) CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
