Host plants/gall: Q. fr., Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r.—spherical cluster galls along on roots (- a -); plurilocular gall (± 3 cm Ø) in terminal buds of shoots (- s -).

Distribution in Dobrogea: CocoŞ Monastery, Curcuz, Isaccea, Malcoci, Tulcea (Borcea,1912), Babadag, Letea forest into Danube Delta TL county, Ion Corvin CT county (Tudor,1986), the forests—Canaraua Fetii Natural Reserve, Dumbrӑveni, Esechioi, Hagieni Natural Reserve, Negru Vodӑ, Şipotele, Neptun (Comorova forest) CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
