Host plants/gall: Q. pet ., Q. pub ., Q. r. (- a -), Q. cer . (- s -)—galls in buds (both generations).

Distribution in Dobrogea: Dobrogea Province (Ionescu, 1973); Valu lui Traian (Ionescu & Roman, 1962; Ionescu & Kierych, 1966), the forests—Dumbrӑveni, Esechioi, Negru Vodӑ, Şipotele, Neptun (Comorova forest), CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
