Host plant/gall: Lapsana communis L. ( Asteraceae)—grouped galls in swelling stem.

Distribution in Dobrogea: common species; Comana village, the forests—Dumbrӑveni, Hagieni Natural Reserve, Negru Vodӑ, Neptun resort and other localities, CT county (Şchiopu, herein recorded).
