Sorrentopodella Verhoeff, 1929, Zool. Jahrb. {Syst.}, 57: 642. Type species: Lysiopetalum camaldulense Attems, 1903, by subsequent designation by Jeekel (1971). Synonymy proposed by Hoffman (1980).

Five species (six subspecies), Appeninian and Balkan peninsulas, southern parts of Romania.
