Diagnosis. This species is similar to H. marginalis, but differs in cubitus vein of hind wing with 3 branches, 2 rami being the maximum.

Measurements (mm). Male, body length (including tegmina) 17.5–18.0; pronotum length × width 3.7-4.0 × 5.0-5.4; tegmina length 14.5–15.0. Female, unknown.
