USA: Georgia (new state record *): Clarke Co.: a single individual from one site. Caught in flight trap from 2–16 June 2020.

Distribution.

Eastern North America (Hinson and Blinn 2018).

Saproxylic habits.

Emerged from hickory and dead stems of spice bush ( Lindera benzoin (L.) Blume ( Lauraceae)) (White 1982), as well as dead hardwood pieces of various diameter and decomposition stages (Ferro et al. 2012 a).
