DISTRIBUTION: Most of subsaharan Africa except the central forested region; Morocco; Yemen; Zanzibar and Pemba.
SYNONYMS: angolensis, aurantiaca, bicornis, braima, gracilis, nanus, tephrus (see Hayman and Hill, 1971:29).
