Note: Steyskal (1951) placed Sepedon relicta Wulp in synonymy with S. pacifica Cresson under S. praemiosa . Fisher & Orth (1972a) recommended that S. relicta be removed from synonymy. They stated that the type of S. relicta fits very well the description of S. haplobasis and “we suspect that it is conspecific with that species—specimens of S. haplobasis are not at hand for comparison.”
