Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan (Nikdel et al. 2016), Golestan (Astrabad = Gorgan) (Schilsky 1905), Iran (no locality cited) (Borowiec 1983, 1987b; Anton 1998).

General distribution. Central and South Europe, North Africa, Afghanistan, Iran, Jordan, Turkey.

Host records. Medicago orbicularis (L.) ( Fabaceae) (Nikdel et al. 2016).
