Distribution in Iran. Golestan (Ghahari et al. 2012), Khuzestan (Anton 1998), Qazvin (Zarnegar 2014), Qom (Abbaszadeh et al. 2016), Iran (no locality cited) (Decelle & Lodos 1989).

General distribution. South Europe, North Africa, Turkey, the Middle East.

Host records. Astragalus campylorrhynchus Fisch. & Mey (Fabaceae) (Abbaszadeh 2012; Zarnegar 2014; Abbaszadeh et al. 2016), Oxytropis sp. ( Fabaceae) (Zarnegar 2014).
