Distribution. China (Zhejiang Province) (Pujade-Villar et al. 2020b: 560).

Biology. Only the sexual generation has been described, which induces integral leaf galls on Q. serrata (sect. Quercus) (Table 1; Pujade-Villar et al. 2020b).
