Distribution. China (Emeishan in Sichuan Province) (Fang et al. 2020a: 799).

Biology. Only the asexual generation has been described, which induces ball-like leaf galls on Q. fabri and Q. serrata (sect. Quercus) (Table 1; Fang et al. 2020a).
